    INDIVIDUAL FOLLOW-UP
Individual meetings aim to support you and to foster a sense of security throughout your stay at the shelter. These meetings are centred on your needs. Counsellors encourage you to talk about your experience with domestic violence, to recognize the cycle and the different forms of violence, to learn about victimization and its consequences, to share feelings, and to practice self-assertiveness and self-empowerment.

    WORKSHOPS

    WORKSHOPS
Themed workshops are organized on a regular basis for women at the shelter. During these meetings, various subjects related to the understanding of domestic violence and self-knowledge are discussed. Participation in the workshops is strongly recommended as they allow women to exchange and share with others about their similar experiences. They also encourage mutual aid and they provide self-empowerment tools.
