Their mission is to make the consumption of fruits and vegetables easier and more enjoyable. They have given themselves the social mission of making the consumption of fruits and vegetables more accessible in Quebec shelters.

Their objective: that each person accommodated can benefit from a healthy and balanced diet by having access to our nutritious mixtures.

This is why for each bag purchased they give back the equivalent of a portion to a person in need. How? 'Or' What ? By establishing partnerships with various accommodation centers in Quebec.

But their goal doesn't just stop at giving back fruit and vegetable blends; Same also undertakes to participate in the good climate of sharing and benevolence in the house, in particular by organizing various cooking activities with the beneficiaries of the service.

The three Same fruit and vegetable mixes will therefore be available at all times in our newly renovated communal kitchen. Women will be able to cook and include daily fruits and vegetables in their recipes. Children will also be able to participate in the kitchen, which helps to develop their food skills and adopt healthy lifestyle habits. These moments will also promote dialogue and will help to forge links that will contribute to their well-being.
